Child's pose isn't just for adults.
Our family classes will introduce children to yoga through imaginative themes that take them on a journey which incorporates movement, dance, and play. Yoga has many benefits to children through the mind body connection. The physical benefits of yoga include increased flexibility, balance, coordination and increased strength. The mental benefits include stress relief, increased focus and confidence while working in a non-competitive team setting. Let’s not forget, it’s fun too!

Class Info: Join us for a unique family yoga experience in a salt cave with Miss E from Mini Buddhas Kids Yoga. Classes are designed for yogis of all ages with no experience required. Be prepared to move your body, connect with your mind and your loved one, all while having fun. After your 45 minute class, unwind with playtime for 15 minutes in the salt cave enjoying the beautiful surroundings and soaking in the benefits.
